The biting tooth of winter wind cannot be seen though the wind ‘s breath is so harsh and rude. Still one can tolerate this rudeness in comparison to the ingratitude of mankind.
2. Through rythymic words ‘Heigh ho !sing ‘the poet addresses winter wind to sing in praise of an evergreen shrub which has pricley (कांटेदार) leaves. Because the poet feels that most of the man’s friendship are false pretence (छलावा , दिखावा) and it would be folly to go for such friendship.
3. The winter wind warps (twists) the water in its body which freezes and makes it more biting changing its look totally deceptive but still it is not so unkind and biting as the ingratitude of man who just forget all the good done to them.
So the poet says – ‘most friendship is feigning , most loving mere folly. At last the poet says that inspite of all these adversaries in man ,s life this world is full of joy.
